I recently bought a Toyota Tundra from East Coast Auto Sales after months of looking. I found that their customer service was 10 times better than the bigger dealers; they let me take multiple test drives, worked with me on the price and gave me a great deal below the invoice price, and even addressed and fixed some issues I found with the truck without marking the price up. They installed a brand new battery in the truck and had their on-site mechanic touch up all the scratches and blemishes I found on the truck at no extra charge, something that would have cost me hundreds of extra dollars to do out in town. I know that a lot of these small dealers in Hampton Roads are very unreputable, participate in predatory lending practices, and are basically crooks....but East Coast is the exact opposite! If you want to just go in and get the car or truck you want at a fair price without all the haggle of a big dealer, then East Coast is the place to get your next vehicle.

I having purchased countless vehicles in the past 40 years, both new and used, this was the best experiance ever. Eric treated me like family, Sante was professional and was forethright with all the paperwork. Joe Wallace was a pleasure to talk with and the entire staff treated me like the most important customer in the facility. They were busy and it was the end of the day. They still took care of me and my demanding needs as if it was routine. I bought a MB CLS550 AMG for my wife for Valentines Day as a surprise.
